Aluminum Casting Furnace
Our casting factory is able to produce all kinds of aluminum alloy round ingots and hollow ingots from series 1000 series to 7000 series.

1. Aluminum alloy melting furnaces
There are two sets of 10 ton regenerative aluminum alloy melting furnaces, one set of 15 ton regenerative aluminum alloy melting furnace, four sets of 25 ton regenerative aluminum alloy melting furnaces.

2. Holding furnaces
There are two sets of 10 ton tilting holding furnaces, one set 15 ton titling holding furnace, three sets of 25 ton holding furnaces.

3. Casting machines
We have the domestic leading hydraulic casting machines, including two sets of 10 ton casting machines, one set 15 ton casting machine, and three sets of 25 ton casting machines, as well as intensive hot top casting platform (containing over 60 specifications of crystallizer).

4. Others
Our company also has four sets of 25 ton homogenizing furnaces, one set of 15 ton homogenizing furnace;
two sets of 25 ton cooling chambers;
one set of 3 ton rectangular fixed homogenizing furnace;
two sets of 1.5 ton double-furnace medium frequency coreless induction melting furnace;

two sets of the most advanced permanent magnet aluminum alloy solution stirring systems in China.
